Gray Wolf Delisting Bill (H.R. 764) Passes U.S. House

May 1, 2024

Mission, KS – Hunter Nation applauds the U.S. House of Representatives for its bipartisan effort in passing Congressman Tom Tiffany’s (WI-07) and Congresswoman Lauren Boebert's (CO-03) legislation to delist the gray wolf from the Endangered Species Act. The “Trust the Science Act (H.R. 764),“ removes the gray wolf from the list of endangered species and prevents judicial review of the delisting. This bill gives each state and the state wildlife agencies the ability to manage the gray wolf population as they currently manage all wildlife within its state’s border.

“I commend this bipartisan effort from the House of Representatives to bring some science-based sanity to wolf management. Special thanks to representative Tiffany for his support of American hunters and to Speaker Mike Johnson for his leadership to advance this bill, “ stated Rock Bordelon, Chairman of the Hunter Nation Board of Directors.

“The science is clear, the gray wolf has met and exceeded recovery goals. Today's House passage represents an important first step towards restoring local control over the skyrocketing gray wolf population in Wisconsin. I will continue to fight to get this legislation through the U.S. Senate to protect livestock and pets from brutal wolf attacks, “said Congressman Tiffany.

“The recovery of the gray wolf is a remarkable conservation success, and the time has long since passed to manage their exploding population based on science.” Stated Keith Mark, founder, and President of Hunter Nation. “This is an important achievement for American hunters, game animals, pets, livestock, and wolves. Keeping liberal activist judges out of wildlife management decisions is an important component to this legislation,” added Mark.

“The successes of the American Model of Conservation is the envy of the world because it is based on sound science,” said Hunter Nation’s national spokesperson, Ted Nugent. “The delisting of the gray wolf reflects sound science and will bring balance to the habit and carrying capacity in those areas that have been decimated by unmanaged wolf populations,” added Nugent.

Lauren Boebert thank you. The only sane thing that has come from Colorado. Pray the Senate will pass. Colorado wolves are already causing trouble.

Wolves are not causing trouble, they are creating destruction of the ecosystem. Liberal policies have disastrous consequences on wildlife. Mother Nature uses starvation and disease to control alpha predators. Mindless Woke liberals think nature is eutopian. She’s a monster when left to her own control. We have restored ungulate numbers across America, because we decimated the wolves in the lower 48. This was not done out of cruelty or fear. This was done out of absolute necessity to preserve human existence in the wild.
To repeat that history is insane , in light of the scientific evidence available. Yet liberal theology ignores reality.
