Support Pennsylvania Sunday Hunting
Pennsylvania hunters have not been allowed to hunt on all Sundays for years. However, a Senate bill in Pennsylvania would fully repeal the state’s limits on Sunday hunting. Senate Bill 607 would completely repeal the Sunday hunting ban and allow the Game Commission to determine how many hunting seasons should include Sunday hunting.
With the rising cost of food and the increased demand for outdoor recreation it is important that we hunters utilize all of God's renewable resources. Hunter Nation is asking its members to show support for Senate Bill 607, allowing hunting on all Sundays; an extra day would give workers a better chance of filling the freezer and spending precious time outdoors.
Please contact Pennsylvania State Senator Kimberly Ward at (717) 787-6063 to let her know you would like to see SB607 this year.
We are Hunter Nation, and we will defend the hunt and protect your rights. Join us!

Please support SB607. Many hunters have stopped taking to the fields and woods in pennsylvania because of lack of options to hunt. Please double our opportunity by helping pass sb607. Thank you.
Sunday hunting
No I don’t think we should be able to hunt Sundays are a day of rest and animals also need a day of rest, and yes I’m a deer hunter.
Get off your rear end and get this done.
I quit hunting because of your back word way of thinking other states are more open minded
We should be able to hunt any day we choose not selected days
i had to work a lot of Saturdays so i missed a lot of hunting.
You have heard these two comments on this topic of hunting on Sunday
1. It’s the Lord’s day and we are instructed in His word ( Gods inspired word)
2. All the open farm land/ woods owned by private owners who support NO HUNTING ON SUNDAY, will post this property and make it off limits. The secondary issue here will be increased calls for the PA Game Commission to in force the no trespassing
Totally and completely feel that hunting should be allowed not just here in PA. but nationwide! Reason one is there are those who work in jobs in which they only get one day off a week and that is Sunday! Reason 2 is just a simple, hunting is a great family event which has been follow in our nation since it was founded.
Every year there are fewer hunters. Allowing Sunday hunting could help in recruitment and allow more folks to enjoy the outdoors.
I agree Hunter should hunt on Saturday and Sunday for the people that work all week and can’t hang on Saturdays
Like you to vote yes on SB607
I think Sunday hunting should be passed. Many hunters have to work shift work that only gives them some Sundays as extra days. If you don’t want to hunt Sundays don’t hunt them. I own my on property why can’t I hunt Sundays as my choice. Pass SB607 please.
Hunting Sunday should be allowed in Pennsylvania we have lost so many youth to this because kids only had one day to hunt. They can do other sports 7 days a week so why should hunting be different.
must allow hunting on sundays a time when a parent can take their children out into the woods and teach them about hunting and being in nature to respect the land and doing family time get the kids away from video games
